Anyone who writes contracts over $500.00 must have  a contractors License, be certified in Home Improvement, post a $12,500.00 contractors bond, and most importantly have at least four years trade experience. "Fully Trained" could mean that they spent thirty minutes watching my videos. Nothing can match 30 years experience with 100% success..
