RESTORATIONS These are Chula Vista Tile and Stone and Holiday Inn Express in San Diego. Holiday Inn had massive lippage and both were very dirty. Each stone turned out better than new. Travertine, crema Marfil and other calcium stones are our specialty

DO NOT USE STEAM TO CLEAN STONE, IT WILL RUIN IT!!!
Do not use steam to clean stone or tile. The rapid expansion and contraction due to thermal changes can crack and ruin even the hardest products. Steam Rooms even have special requirements to allow for expansion and contraction.
Steam clean your glass tiles and watch them crack and fly off before your very eyes. Steam clean your grout and you might as well re-grout afterwards. Grout will expand and pop out everywhere. Filler and stone expand and contract at different rates. This begins a crumbling effect over the long term. Over the short term, filler pops out, and gets worse over time, leaving you with ugly pits everywhere.
Our chemical cleaning process uses activators and neutralizers to protect your installation, and to ensure longivity of beauty and function. The proper chemicals are food service area friendly and actually protect your STONE. For example, calcium based stones require calcuim based stone friendly cleaners. Read below about my secret crystallization procedures, for the ultimate protection of your STONE.

Ask me about our crystallization process. My own secret combination of chemical activators and neutralizers, in conjunction with StonePro Crystalizer. To this we add "Slip Technology" and hardners to bond to your soft stone.A similar process is used in Las Vegas Casinos to harden, restore and shine soft stone that actually makes the surface less slippery. Hard polished stone actually squeeks with friction This is a great process to harden, protect, and add medium shine to stone. And yes, I can even bring up a high shine on natural stone using diamond paste and crystallization. Just check out my BEFORE AND AFTER natural stone floor cleaning photos. WOW!!

AAA PLUS FLOORS R US sold, installed, grinded, honed, cleaned, sealed, polished, and crystallized floors in 4S Ranch. We met with the absentee owner and architect in the alcove in Alpine. The Bertrems tile the balcony in Bay Park. Andy installed backerboard in the bedroom and bathroom in Blogroll. Angelica suggested a border in Bonita Vista, and a backsplash in Bonita. Bertrem Custon Tile tiled around the campground in Campo. The house is yet to close escrow in Cardiff. The Bertrems might change out Carlsbad for a custom enclosure in Carmel Mountain. Carmel Valley has extra tall cabinets, Chula vista has ten foot ceilings and Clairemont has slab counters. The contractor in Clairemont Mesa had to move his classic car from College Grove. Andy Bertrem sells, installs, grinds, hones, cleans, seals, polishes, and crystallizes floors, walls, and counters in Coronado. In Del Cerro the dining room is a deco floor with dots. In Del Mar the homeowner is in debt because he tiled everything including the driveway. In Downtown San Diego the designer and the developer met on the deck and decided to use Durock in the showers. We tiled an entry in East San Diego. In East San Diego County Andy Bertrem is selling, installing, grinding, honing, cleaning, sealing, polishing, and crystallizing stone. In East Lake Andy was the seller, installer, grinder, honer, cleaner, sealer, polisher, and crystallizer. After demolition in El Cajon Angelica Bertrem discussed installation and maintenance in Encinitas. As fix up, prior to sale, the owner decided to fabricate slab for the foyer and fireplace in Fallbrook. The home was for sale in the high-rise and after preparing the hallway with Hardibacker Andy installed honed marble. We tore out the entire interior of the business in Imperial Beach. Andy and Angelica Bertrem went to the Indian Reservation to sell, install, grind, hone, clean, seal, polish, crystallize, and maintain the casino. In Julian the family room floor had a 1 �� cement float. The bathroom had a handicap handrail that was ADA approved in Jamul. In Kensington we tiled up to the kennel.The kitchen was all tile in La Costa. Andy�s first installation was a driveway in the Muirlands of La Jolla we even tiled the garage in La Mesa, CA. The laundry was in Lakeside and the lavatory in Lemon Grove. The shower window was stain glass in Linda Vista. After we showed the grout made by Laticrete and Customs products we began grouting. After checking the layout and drawings the owner had plans made. The medallion was in Mission Beach, but the tile, stone, granite, and marble went to Mission Hills while your travertine, limestone, and sandstone went to Mission Valley. Tumbled travertine in National City looked almost identical to the porcelain tile in North Park and the Ceramic tile in North San Diego County. The tile job in Ocean Beach was both over slab and over plywood. The tenant was out of town in Oceanside where he saw on diagonal tile. The floor in Old Town had radiant heat. Just like the office in Olivenhain. In Otay Mesa we gave pet food to the pets, a dog and a cat. We tiled the pool room in Otay Ranch, the porch in Pacific Beach, the patio in Paradise Hills, the pantry in Pine Valley, and all before the pre-foreclosure sale in Point Loma. The party room from Poway had excellent resale value in Ramona even after fire damage, according to the realtor in Rancho Bernardo. The real estate agent from Rancho Penasquitos suggested Rancho Santa Fe for price, value and selection. In Rolling Hills we removed the toilet, the sink, the refrigerator, the stove, and the dishwasher and tiled under them. Our only steam room was in San Diego Central Coastal. The second floor of the three story house in San Diego Central Inland was all tile. In San Diego the second trust deed more than paid for the contractors. The short sale in San Marcos means we can start sooner. Although we tiled steps in San Miguel, we tiled stairs in San Ysidro. The shower in Santee was straight lay just like Solana Beach. The Sorrento Valley business owner saw my crystallizer while I was crystallizing and then came back after it was crystallized and was amazed. In South Bay the chemical reaction ceased after I cleaned it with neutralizing chemicals. I bought the cleaner in Spring Valley but while cleaning the common area of the rest home in Sunbow, I also polished the floor. In Tierra Santa the tub, kitchen, and floors where so perfect as to be considered turnkey. The basement in University City and the attic in University Heights have electrical outlets and moldings to be removed. The brick veneer in Valley Center was very functional in Vista. I arrived with neutralizer and began neutralizing the floor until all cleaners where neutralized. In Windingwalk we tiled the whole house which we prepped with Wonderboard including the floors, walls, wainscot, and walk ways.
